Fill in your staff request form with your requirements — staff type, location, hours, experience needed, and budget.
Our team reviews your requirements and searches the Home Bridge candidate pool for suitable, verified candidates.
We share relevant candidate profiles for your review. Each profile includes experience, skills, availability, and verification status.
Choose the candidate you wish to proceed with. You may request an interview or meeting before making your final decision.
We prepare the relevant placement agreement. Terms, conditions, and applicable fees are confirmed in writing.
Where applicable, we coordinate the candidate’s travel and formal introduction to you. Handover documentation is provided.
Home Bridge provides post-placement support. Replacement assistance is available subject to the terms of the written agreement.
Home Bridge carefully verifies and screens candidates, but our verification does not guarantee that a candidate is the right fit for every employer.
We strongly recommend that employers conduct their own interview, discuss the job requirements, and carry out any additional checks they consider necessary before hiring a candidate.
The employer and candidate are responsible for agreeing on the job duties, salary, working hours, holidays, accommodation and other employment conditions. All employment arrangements must comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
Home Bridge’s role is to support the recruitment and placement process; the final hiring decision remains with the employer.
