Our Story

WHY WE CREATED HOME BRIDGE

Home Bridge was created from a simple observation: there are hardworking and capable people across Indonesia looking for better employment opportunities, while homes, villas and businesses in Bali are constantly looking for reliable people they can trust.

The challenge was not a lack of people or a lack of jobs. The challenge was connecting the right person to the right opportunity in a more structured, transparent and reliable way.

Many potential workers come from smaller towns and rural communities across East Java, Central Java and other parts of Indonesia. They have valuable skills, experience and a strong desire to work, but often have limited access to employers outside their local communities.

At the same time, employers in Bali—including families, villa owners, hospitality businesses, restaurants and other businesses—often spend considerable time trying to find suitable staff through informal referrals, social media and personal networks. Finding someone is one thing. Finding someone who is suitable, properly documented, verified and ready for the job is another.

That is where
Home Bridge was born.

We set out to build a bridge between these two sides.

Through our growing network of local recruitment agents, we identify candidates within their communities, collect their information and documentation, and help verify their backgrounds, skills and experience. Candidates are then organized by category and made available through the Home Bridge platform so employers can find people based on their actual staffing requirements.

But our role does not stop at introducing a candidate.

Home Bridge is designed to support the placement journey—from candidate selection and availability coordination to travel, arrival, orientation and placement. We want employers to have a more dependable way to find staff, while candidates have access to genuine employment opportunities beyond their local area.

Important Note

Home Bridge carefully verifies and screens candidates, but our verification does not guarantee that a candidate is the right fit for every employer.
We strongly recommend that employers conduct their own interview, discuss the job requirements, and carry out any additional checks they consider necessary before hiring a candidate.
The employer and candidate are responsible for agreeing on the job duties, salary, working hours, holidays, accommodation and other employment conditions. All employment arrangements must comply with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations.
Home Bridge’s role is to support the recruitment and placement process; the final hiring decision remains with the employer.
